Every cleaner working on your premises holds an enhanced DBS check, and every AsuredClean contract is backed by £5 million in public liability insurance, with employers’ liability also covered. For healthcare and multi-tenanted buildings, this is not just good practice it is often a contractual requirement, and we can supply certificates of insurance on request.

Yes, everything is provided as standard industrial-grade equipment, COSHH-compliant products and all consumables. For healthcare and hygiene-sensitive premises, we use colour-coded cleaning systems (BS 8451) to prevent cross-contamination between zones, such as kitchens, washrooms and clinical areas. Where requested, we can also supply eco-friendly product options.

That is the standard we work to. Each site is assigned a dedicated, directly employed team who get to know your premises and its priorities we never use subcontractors. In the rare event a team member is unavailable, a trained cover from the same team steps in, never an unfamiliar stranger.
