AsuredClean provides professional medical and office cleaning services across London. These terms govern your use of our website and the provision of our services. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order in writing (email constitutes written confirmation).

Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Should the scope of work change materially, we reserve the right to revise the quoted price accordingly.

We are committed to delivering all services to the highest professional standard. All cleaning staff are trained to NVQ Level 2 or above, DBS-checked, and COSHH certified. Medical cleaning services are delivered in accordance with relevant NHS infection control guidance and CQC awareness standards.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Standard terms are 30 days from invoice date unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.

AsuredClean holds £5 million public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will not accept liability for pre-existing damage or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the services provided in the preceding 12 months.

We maintain comprehensive public liability and employers’ liability insurance. Copies of current certificates are available on request. All staff working in healthcare settings are DBS-checked prior to deployment.

We understand the sensitive nature of medical and corporate environments. All staff are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information encountered during the course of their work. Staff sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
